invitoo is a platform for creating, publishing and sharing digital invitations. Creating and editing an invitation is free; publishing requires a one-time payment per event, based on the plan you choose. invitoo is a service operated by Cocosharon, a business registered in the Republic of Korea (registration no. 578-03-04209). You can sign up with your phone number (we send you a code by SMS) or with your Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for keeping your contact method up to date.
The templates, designs, illustrations, background music, sample texts, software and the invitoo brand belong to Cocosharon or are used under the corresponding license. When you pay for your plan, you get a license to use them for your event: you publish your invitation, share its link, print its QR code and download your photos and RSVPs as many times as you want. That license does not transfer ownership of the template or the music to you. You may not resell or redistribute the templates or the music, extract them to use outside invitoo, use them to create a similar service, or use the invitoo brand without our written authorization.
The photos, texts and information you upload to your invitation are yours. You grant us only the license needed to show them to the people you share your link with. We do not publish or sell your content.
Payments are one-time, per event, in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel your purchase and get a full refund within the following 14 days, without having to tell us why. When you cancel, your invitation and its link are deleted immediately: the link stops working for anyone who already has it and you lose access to the RSVPs you have received.
Each plan includes a publication period counted from the day of the event (1, 3 or 12 months, depending on the plan). The day after the event, the invitation switches to keepsake mode and stops accepting RSVPs, but it remains available to view for the entire availability period. When the availability period ends, the link is no longer available and the photos your guests uploaded to the shared album are deleted from our servers; your event details and the RSVPs you received remain in your account. You can download the photos before that date, or extend the availability period to keep them.
You may not use invitoo for content that is illegal, misleading or that infringes the rights of third parties. We may suspend invitations that break these rules, notifying you through your contact method.
