Optional add-ons you choose when you publish. They’re only offered if your plan doesn’t already include them. Lujo already includes them all.

Availability only keeps the link online. After the event your invitation becomes a keepsake: it can still be viewed, but it can no longer be edited or accept RSVPs.

No. Every template is available on every plan. You choose your plan by its features (branding, guests, availability, sections), not by the design.

No. You can pick any template, fully customize it and see the preview without paying. You pay only once, when you publish your invitation and get your link.

The Basic plan includes a 10-photo gallery, subtle invitoo branding and 1 month of availability. Premium removes the branding, adds the animated envelope, RSVP with plus-ones, all sections and the shared album, and extends availability to 3 months.

Everything in the Premium plan, plus: background music, a 30-photo gallery, a shared album with 100 photos per guest, a custom URL and 1 year of availability.

Yes. When you publish, you can add individual add-ons: the animated envelope, RSVP with plus-ones, 10 extra photos, background music, a custom URL or more months of availability (you can add that last one up to four times). Each one is a one-time payment. If you want several, compare with the Premium plan: for a little more, it includes the envelope, RSVP with plus-ones, more photos and availability, all sections and the shared album.

It’s a gallery where your guests upload their own photos of the event, right from the invitation and without creating an account. It opens on the day of the event and stays open for up to 14 days. From your account you can move the closing date earlier whenever you want, for example to close it the same week as the event. You decide who sees the photos (everyone, only those who RSVP’d, or only you) and you can download them all in one file. Don’t confuse it with the gallery: those are the photos you put in the invitation.

Yes. From My account you can switch templates at no cost, as many times as you like, up until the day of your event (your information and your RSVPs are kept). After the event the template can no longer be changed, because your guests have already seen it. You can upgrade your plan at any time, paying only the difference from your current plan.

The day after your event, the invitation switches to keepsake mode: it stops accepting RSVPs, but you and your guests can keep viewing it for your plan’s full availability period. When availability ends, the link is no longer available and the photos in the shared album are deleted as well. Download them before that date, or extend availability to keep everything.

In Mexican pesos (MXN) in Mexico, in Colombian pesos (COP) in Colombia and in US dollars (USD) in all other countries. In all three cases prices are fixed: what you see is exactly what you’re charged, taxes included.

No. Payment is one-time per invitation: what you bought stays as it is, with its full features and availability. Current prices only apply to new purchases — for example, a plan upgrade or an availability extension is charged at the current price.

You get a receipt. Your purchase is processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller, which emails you a valid international receipt. We don’t issue local tax invoices (such as the CFDI in Mexico).
